This week has been busy. In english, we have been learning how to write reports using notes that we write down using information from a report. I have also learned what a topic sentence is and that we need to put one in every paragraph when I am writing a report. A topic sentence is a sentence that you write in every paragraph in report writing. It basically tells you what the paragraph is about. In maths we are learning how to convert fractions to percentages. If we get a hard questions such as 4/9. we have to divide 4 by 9. since you can’t make it a whole number, you have to divide 9 by 40. this is 4 with 4 remainder. now you multiply the remainder by ten and divide it again. because you’ll always get 4 remainder 4 for this particular question, you put a -over the last number to show it’s reaccurring. In tech arts we are doing fabric. Our task is to make a sweatshirt. So far, I have done the colar and the shoulders. I am starting on the pocket now.My colours are black and yellow.
